Returns

At Brownie Blue Baby Co., we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

- Worn or used items
- Washed items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photo (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be in processing.
